After the International User Requirements Workshop (IURW)* which was organised back in February, we started the design of the SAFERS Intelligent Services and Platform thanks to the many end-user requirements that were collected through co-design activities with many stakeholders.
Since then, the SAFERS technical partners have worked on translating these requirements into functionalities for each SAFERS Intelligent Service as well as for the integrated platform.
In the framework of the Second General Assembly that will take place on the 7th of October, we would like to assess the preliminary SAFERS designs; gathering important feedbacks towards the next steps that will bring to the implementation of the α release of all SAFERS services, which is due for the first quarter of 2022.
Therefore, we are pleased to invite you to virtually attend the SAFERS Design review that is scheduled on the 7th October 2021 from 15:00 to 18:00 CET. During this activity, SAFERS technical partners will present the design of the Intelligent Services one-by-one, and the invited stakeholders will give their feedback through online live polling and plenary discussions following this agenda [link].
We are looking especially for firefighters, civil protection staff, police, medical service, urban planners, infrastructure managers, forest services, environmental agencies, and BFSI industry, volunteers and digital volunteers to be part of this review.
Registration is required through the following [link] which will stay open until 29/09/2021.
The General Assembly will take place virtually via Microsoft teams, whereas some members of the SAFERS Consortium will gather physically at the LINKS Foundation headquarters in Turin (Italy). The Microsoft teams link to join the review will be provided after the registration is made.
We look forward to welcoming you in our review!
*The main conclusions of the co-design activities will be published in our upcoming newsletter, stay tuned!
